Is Medreport Fully Operational?
Yes. As the pandemic unfolded, we were very quick to enact a flexible and robust business continuity plan which has allowed us to respond to the changing situation and consistently provide a reliable, secure and fully functioning medico-legal service.
Our remote team have secure access to all company software and telephony, ensuring all aspects of our service continues securely and without disruption.
How Do I Contact Medreport?
We remain committed to doing everything possible to provide the best service, that is why customer support is now available until 10pm (Mon – Fri) and between 10am – 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The postal service to our business park is much reduced and correspondence is best sent by e-mail to email@example.com or in the case of larger files, via Sharepoint.

Are Medreport Still Providing Medco Reports?
Yes. Working in line with the “Remote Examinations Conditions” published by Medco, we are offering all claimants the option of a remote consultation with local, experienced and approved experts.
Can Medreport Secure a Face to Face Examination for My Client?
Yes. Throughout the pandemic we have engaged with our medical partners and as lockdown eases and where appropriate, some experts are starting to book face to face consultations at venues able to provide social distancing measures.
As always, we are happy to look at any case specific enquiries and discuss all the options available to you and your client.
Can You Arrange Treatment?
Yes. Medcare is also fully operational and able to provide support for all your client’s rehabilitation and treatment needs.
